Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow for up to 3-4 weeks for any items that may ship from international warehouses. All orders will be handled within 2-3 days (1 day with the "Rush My Order" option) and dispatched 1-4 days later depending on current work load.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email providing a tracking reference. Please go to https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ and enter the reference.
It is perfectly normal that your shipment do not move in a couple of days. Please be patient.
Some of our packages don't have domestic tracking within Australia, which is why it is not updating once it has arrived to AU.
